TVP “Oatmeal”

1/2 c TVP (textured vegetable protein)
1 c water 
3/4 tbsp. cinnamon 
1/8 tsp. all spice
1/4 tsp nutmeg 
1 tsp. vanilla extract 
Dash of salt

Combine all ingredients into a little pot and bring to a boil, the reduce the heat, let simmer with top off for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. cover and let simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then for the last 5 minutes let simmer with top off again stirring occasionally. Put it into a bowl and top it with any milk, sweetener and fruit you want. Enjoy!

80 calories, 0 g. fat, 7 g. carbs, 3 g. sugar, 12 g. protein, 4 g. fiber.
